When Will My Order Arrive?
For main centres, delivery times are estimated at 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch. For outlying areas, we deliver in 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Although we do everything we can to deliver on time, things can go wrong, so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. When Do We Deliver
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 17h00. If you have special instructions to deliver on a specific day of the week, please contact us on hello@buydop.co.za or call (076) 526 2377
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Local – Everyone in the Lenasia area who orders before 12 pm will get their order by 5 pm the same day and everyone who orders before 5 pm will get their order by 8 pm (Costs of shipping R50).
Nationwide – Delivery times are estimated at 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch. For outlying areas, we deliver in 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
What Are The Payment Options
There are 4 payment options when checking out. You can pay using a Credit Card/Debit Card, Instant EFT, or Masterpass.
Is Payfast Secure?
Absolutely! And often more so than many other payment methods!
- PayFast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider (the highest level).
- PayFast is developed with the same demands on security and performance as websites used for banking services and share trading.
- Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
- Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! So you can send money without sending your financial information! So you don’t need to worry about paying people you don’t know.
- We make use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions on PayFast.
Can I Place An Order and Pay Only On Delivery?
Sadly, this is not an option. All orders must be paid for in full before it can be processed and sent out from our warehouse.
How Do I Cancel My Order If I Have Already Paid?
If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received an email notifying that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, contact us at hello@buydop.co.za, so we can arrange for your order to be cancelled. You will be refunded in full.
What Is Your Return/ Refund Policy?
Although we always strive to provide the perfect service, we understand that mistakes do occasionally happen. If we have provided you with items that are not identical to the ones you ordered, we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the relevant amount, provided the original order is returned to our warehouse.
How Do I Get A Refund?
Contact us on hello@buydop.co.za and we will refund your order. The refund will only be processed once the products have been returned to our warehouse and is still in the condition it was received in. Your refund will be done in the same way as your payment method, ie if you paid via credit card, we will refund you back onto the card used.
